Residential Appraisals

NMRECs’ residential specialist is Michael Tarnow. He is Co-Owner and Founder of Northern Michigan Real Estate Consultants, Inc. In addition to his MAI and AI-GRS designations he has achieved the SRA designation (residential member) with the Appraisal Institute. He has held the residential member designation since 1978 (now SRA formerly RM). With his many years of experience in the business, he has demonstrated a proven track record of accurate, well supported and reliable appraisals for a wide variety of customers.

Michael currently limits his residential practice to large or complex residential appraisal assignments.
