NMREC staff includes four members of the Appraisal Institute who have shown the highest level of appraisal knowledge necessary to achieve the MAI designation. We are small enough to handle the smallest commercial needs and large enough to handle large portfolio assignments. NMREC has the data base, resources and proven experience to appraise the entire scope of commercial property types ranging from vacant land and aggregate mines to complex individual and development properties and large portfolio going concerns. We readily accept appraisal assignments that are considered too complex or difficult to do by other appraisers and appraisal firms.

We provide commercial valuation services to corporations, developers, financial institutions, government agencies, accountants, attorneys, estate planning professionals, individuals and law firms. All of our appraisals are compliant and prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and any specific requirements of the client. Our geographic area of work is generally the State of Michigan, but depending on the assignment (portfolio) we will expand our coverage to other states.
